Wade not only helped me buy a house and navigate the mess that was buying a house. He helped me sell mine as well. I thought I would be holding it for months in this market and after signing with him he helped me sell it and we signed closing within 3 weeks. Your mileage will vary.
But his predictions are always honest and with me he was very accurate. He won't sugar coat the market and he won't tell you the worst it is going to be. He will be realistic. He will tell you to prepare for the worst while telling you what he expects to be the most likely outcome.
I think he works too hard but I guess that is a service to whoever is reading this.

I was fortunate to work with Wade for the past few months in searching for a home that checked all of the boxes, staying within my budget, and during an insane housing market.
Early in the process, Wade took me to a few different houses that appeared to check all of my boxes according to photos online, but he was able to point out different things on properties I needed to be aware of, as I would likely be needing to spend time sooner rather than later fixing issues. Some of these issues are things I also noticed while visiting the property, others were not obvious to me. This ensured me Wade is knowledgeable at what he does truly wants to find the perfect home for his clients.
After searching for a while, Wade showed me a property he was in the process of flipping. Like many flipped properties, there were extra issues Wade was not aware of at the time of selling the house. However, with the issues that have popped up, Wade has taken care of the issues and has done a tremendous job of fixing up the house.
Not only has he done a great job of drastically improving the curb appeal, he painted my kid’s rooms different colors to make it feel more like home for them and had a swing set in the backyard repaired for the kids. These are little things that could have easily been skipped, but he wanted to make this as perfect as possible.
Long story short, I definitely recommend any potential buyers to work with Wade. He truly has gone above and beyond for my family and I am extremely fortunate to have worked with Wade throughout the crazy housing market the summer of 2021 brought to Lincoln.
